Wholesale Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Commercial Wholesale Status & Minimum Order Threshold

Sky Bliss LLC is a direct-to-market fine jewelry atelier operating from Pembroke Pines, Florida. All merchandise featured on this portal is offered under wholesale and direct-tier pricing structures intended for retail boutiques, verified resellers, and qualified private clients.

All orders placed through our checkout are subject to a wholesale minimum merchandise subtotal of $150.00 USD (exclusive of shipping fees and applicable sales taxes).

Sample Orders Under $150.00: To accommodate retail buyers wishing to evaluate single sample pieces before placing bulk wholesale inventory orders, orders under the $150.00 minimum threshold may be completed with an added $12.00 Atelier Handling Surcharge. This fee covers specialized single-unit vault picking, individual luxury presentation packaging, and tamper-evident security sealing. The $12.00 handling surcharge is strictly non-refundable once the parcel has been packaged and dispatched by our atelier.

2. Precious Metals, Finishes & Hallmarking Policy

Sky Bliss guarantees that all pieces cataloged under our Solid Silver line are fabricated from authentic .925 Sterling Silver and bear the official “925” hallmark stamp in compliance with international standards and the United States National Gold and Silver Stamping Act (15 U.S.C. § 291 et seq.).

All gold-finished items feature genuine 18K yellow or rose gold heavy electroplating over nickel-free, hypoallergenic bases (solid 925 sterling silver or refined jeweler's brass as specified per individual piece SKU). Please note that 18K gold refers strictly to the genuine electroplated surface finish. In accordance with federal jewelry stamping regulations, only solid .925 sterling silver pieces bear the official “925” hallmark stamp; gold-plated pieces do NOT bear an 18K hallmark stamp. Weights, millimeter measurements, and cubic zirconia carat equivalents stated on product specifications are accurate within customary artisanal manufacturing tolerances (±5%).

3. Pricing, Market Fluctuations & Payment Processing

All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing tiers reflect substantial discounts from estimated manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP). Because precious metals are subject to international market swings, Sky Bliss reserves the right to modify wholesale catalog rates at any time prior to an order being finalized and captured.

Payments are authorized and processed securely through Stripe, Inc. using bank-grade 256-bit encryption. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Payment in full must be captured before pieces are released from our atelier vault for courier dispatch.

4. Shipping, Transit Insurance & Risk of Loss (FOB Origin)

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point (Pembroke Pines, FL) via the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage).

For the mutual protection of our boutiques and atelier, 100% of shipments require an adult signature upon delivery and are fully insured for their declared merchandise value. Once Sky Bliss tenders the sealed parcel to the postal carrier and tracking confirms receipt, risk of loss transfers to the carrier and Buyer under carrier insurance protection. In the rare event of in-transit damage or parcel loss, Sky Bliss will initiate and manage the postal insurance claim on the Buyer's behalf, provided the Buyer notifies Sky Bliss within 48 hours of courier delivery attempt.

5. Returns, Inspection Period & Refund Protocol

Buyer has an inspection period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of carrier delivery confirmation to inspect the delivered merchandise. To be eligible for a return or credit:

• Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, free from scratches or odors, and in pristine original factory condition.
• All original atelier jewelry boxes, pouches, and tamper-evident tags must remain intact and attached.
• The return request must be initiated through our concierge team (info@skyblissjewelry.com) or your wholesale account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Vault Inspection & Restocking Fee: Because returned precious metal fine jewelry requires thorough gemological verification under magnification, metal integrity testing, ultrasonic cleaning/sterilization, and secure re-vaulting, all authorized returns are subject to a standard $15.00 Vault Inspection & Restocking Fee per returned order RMA. This fee is deducted directly from the returned merchandise refund balance.

Non-Refundable Fulfillment & Handling Fees: Outbound courier postage and the $12.00 Atelier Handling Surcharge (applied to sample orders under $150.00) represent fully rendered logistics, packaging, and handling services and are strictly non-refundable upon return. The only exception is in the authenticated event of a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment discrepancy confirmed by our atelier vault.

Once received and authenticated by our gemologists in Pembroke Pines, net refunds are credited back to the Buyer's original payment method via Stripe within 3 to 5 business days, accompanied by an itemized electronic return receipt.

6. Chargeback Prohibition & Dispute Resolution

By placing an order, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the wholesale discounts provided are substantial and that Sky Bliss maintains an active, responsive concierge team and return protocol. Buyer agrees that before initiating any credit card chargeback, claim, or reversal with their banking institution, they shall first notify Sky Bliss in writing and allow ten (10) business days for resolution.

In the event of an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback filed for an order delivered with verified carrier signature or tracking confirmation, Buyer agrees to reimburse Sky Bliss for the full amount of the dispute, plus bank dispute fees ($15–$25 per occurrence) and reasonable legal/collection costs incurred.

7. Florida Sales Tax & Reseller Exemption Certificates

As a Florida registered dealer (Florida Department of Revenue), Sky Bliss LLC collects statutory Florida state sales tax (6.0%) plus applicable Broward County surtax (1.0% = 7.0% total) on all shipments delivered within the State of Florida, unless a valid, executed Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (Form DR-13) is on file with our compliance department prior to invoice generation. Orders delivered outside Florida are generally exempt from Florida sales tax.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sky Bliss LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order, whether in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by Buyer for the specific piece(s) giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall Sky Bliss be liable for indirect, incidental, or lost retail profit damages.

This Agreement and all purchase orders shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
