- Bank-Grade Encryption: All sessions are protected with 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS).

When you apply for a wholesale account or place an order, we collect business and contact information necessary to verify wholesale credentials and fulfill orders:
- Business name, contact person name, email address, phone number.
- Shipping destinations and billing addresses.
- Wholesale tax exemption documents (such as Florida Form DR-13 Resale Certificates).
- Order history, purchased SKUs, and return records.
2. How Information Is Used
We process client information solely for legitimate commercial business purposes:
- Fulfilling and dispatching insured USPS jewelry orders through Shippo.
- Transmitting order receipts, tracking confirmations, and return credits via Resend.
- Maintaining state tax records compliant with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Preventing fraudulent credit card transactions and unauthorized account access.

We only disclose information to vetted infrastructure providers essential to our operations:
